At iGoteck we only sell 100% authentic products from official brands. This page explains how exchanges and warranty work for orders placed online, by WhatsApp or in our Dbayeh store.
15-day exchange
- You can exchange a product within 15 days of receiving it.
- The product must be unopened and in its original box, with all seals, accessories and the invoice.
- We offer exchanges only, for another product or a different color or model. We do not give cash refunds.
- If the new product costs more, you pay the difference. If it costs less, the difference can be used toward another product.
- Delivery costs for an exchange are paid by the customer. You can also exchange for free in our Dbayeh store.
1-year warranty
- All our products come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage from falls, water, misuse or unauthorized repair.
- Keep your invoice. It is needed for any warranty claim.
How to request an exchange or warranty service
- Message us on WhatsApp at +961 81 119 219, or call +961 81 119 219 / +961 81 585 685.
- Send your order number and a photo of the product and box.
- We will confirm and arrange the exchange or repair with you.
Delivery and payment
- Cash on delivery is available. Pay when your order arrives, in USD or LBP at the daily rate.
- Delivery takes 2 to 5 business days.
- Free delivery on orders over $100.
